Mike Maurer, President, has over twenty years systems integration and product development experience.  Mike attended Glassboro State College but graduated from the US Navy's Computer and Digital Display schools. While serving for six years, he was one of only two individuals Navy-wide to receive a "Systems" level job code - certified on all shipboard computer systems, communications, and encryption technology. Mike spent four years as a consultant to the bio-pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, where he developed the first computer validation protocol to be accepted by the FDA.  He also assisted clients throughout their installation and operational qualification process to obtain FDA certification.  Mike incorporated MGM in 1987 and has grown the company to over 2,000 clients worldwide. Major accomplishments include: Development of a Facilities Management application for the US Navy; in 1992, developed the first touch-screen graphical patient tracking system; in 2004, directed the development of the most accurate 'in-facility' locator system in the world - SecurTRAK.  Guest speaker at the National CAD Conference, sponsored by the University of Wisconsin; former member of a US Navy Installation Life Cycle Management Committee to establish CAD and Database Standards, Served on Leadership and Engineering Advisory Boards at multiple technical schools & colleges, ASHE member.

Surender Bhoopathy, M.S., former VP Program Development, literally brought a host of programming talent to MGM.   As the Director of worldwide programming for United Engineers (now Raytheon Engineers), Surender traveled the globe to direct programming teams in automating the many plant design projects throughout UE.  He has directed software projects funded in excess of $100M and as consultant to Day & Zimmermann, handled high profile software development & testing projects related to: SAP, Oracle, Website Stress Testing, Security, etc. Surender holds dual Masters in Applied Statistics and Computer Science, and as an adjunct professor at Villanova University, taught post-graduate courses in Programming, and Statistics & Probabilities.

Alan Gross, Director of Sales / Marketing & COO.  Over twenty years in banking, high finance, and business development.  Through the knowledge gained in building many successful companies, start-up to full production, Alan excels at closing sales, negotiating contracts, and developing / implementing business and marketing plans.  His acumen in every aspect of banking, high finance, and entrepreneurial endeavors has been leveraged to grow MGM.  He has developed strategic partnerships to complement MGM's mission of delivering the best locator solutions in the world - based on our SecurTRAK line of locator products.  His mastery of the sales & marketing process is positioning MGM for exponential growth..

Eugene (Gene) Colalongo, M.S., Director of Education / Training, brings with him the dynamics of many years experience in the CAD environment.  Gene has an M.S. degree in Electro-Physics and an Electrical Engineering degree both from Drexel University. After college, he quickly obtained a EE position with RCA's Missile & Surface Radar Division.  He then moved on to Digital Equipment Corp. where he specialized in engineering and laboratory solutions.  After recognizing Gene's special talent in process-control and data acquisition solutions, Hewlett Packard hired him to establish major accounts with GE, RCA and DuPont.  HP put him in charge of their new CAD division, he increased HP's market share in the CAD marketplace from 5 to 126 installations.  Gene is currently an adjunct professor teaching AutoCad & Microstation, advanced courses in 3D design, solids modeling, rendering, animation, and kinetics.  As an instructor, he is ranked #3 in the U.S. by Autodesk, makers of AutoCad.
