Mike Maurer, President and founder, guides the overall direction and management of MGM Data Solutions. Mike was so successful as a data specialist in the navy he was one of only two individuals to receive a “Systems” level NEC (jobcode). After his naval career Mike worked with mainframe computer systems at Intergraph Corporation where he served as Technical Liaison to over 37 Fortune 500 companies. In 1986 Intergraph decided that personal computers (PC’s) would not become part of their corporate plan. To meet the mounting needs of those customers already investing heavily in PC’s Mike formed MGM Computer Systems in 1987. Mike’s technical abilities are complemented by his “what-ever-it-takes” attitude that drives MGM.
