For the wireless real-time monitoring of patient locations indoors & outdoors to prevent elopement and improve workflow.  Tags include supervision everywhere (e.g. instant tamper and low battery notifications) - not just at portals.  No need to use smart tablets to move in close proximity to configure tags and alerts as these functions can be configured remotely from any SecurTRAK workstation.

Staff Badges

Provide visibility into staff location (only when they request police assistance) to ensure staff safety. Staff duress/man-down available for remote locations.

Environmental and Temperature Sensors

For temperature, humidity and air pressure sensing. Options include temperature, ambient, ultra-low temperature, liquid nitrogen, differential air pressure and carbon dioxide.  Our BLE tags can store up to 40K records and measure temperatures to -100 C.

Custom Software Development and SecurTRAK Options

SecurTRAK is designed with the latest in software development tools to function as modular Application Programmer Interfaces (APIs) that include the ability to take full advantage of any underlying real-time locating system (RTLS) technology. For example, if the RTLS technology has the ability to capture distances between RFID tags and readers placed throughout a campus, the SecurTRAK internal triangulation module intelligently assesses and provides the best accuracy possible both indoors and outdoors.

Features within each module can be configured dynamically to comply with organizations’ unique privacy and security requirements. Each module is fully integrated with each of the other SecurTRAK modules to seamlessly maximize the value of the underlying RTLS infrastructure and be easily customized as business processes evolve.  The latest migration of our patented tools to maximize the value of BLE and other RF/IR devices customized to our strengths is evolving rapidly and will be a game-changer in the real-time locating space. 

For the past 35 years, in addition to real-time locating solutions, MGM has been developing custom hospital interfaces to exchange data between diverse computer platforms, ER assessments on chief complaint/Order Entry/AI Diagnosis/Bill coding/Discharge Instructions/visit chronology, database integration with CAD floor plans to perform graphical queries of key administrative data, rounding solutions, anonymous employee surveys & site/product/services comparisons, robot integrations for autonomous room disinfection/asset inventory/product-equipment deliveries, automated credentialing, and many other custom software solutions.

Triangulation

SecurTRAK includes patented algorithms that utilize RSSI values both from Radio Frequency readers and Diffused Infrared Readers to triangulate the location of RFID tags in real-time. All frequencies can be triangulated to take advantage of Wi-Fi for entry-level accuracy to lower frequency technologies such as 433MHz to provide unprecedented accuracy indoors and outdoors.  We also offer a wayfinding (way-finding) solution that provides turn-by-turn 'blue dot' directions in hospitals with 'NO' infrastructure.  The solution uses existing Radio Frequency reference points in the hospital to triangulate your IOS or Android smartphone's location in real-time and provides real-time turn-by-turn navigation to anywhere inside and outside the facility(ies).

Intelligent Boundary Recognition

One of SecurTRAK’s most powerful patented features is the ability to intelligently recognize a tag’s surroundings when its located on an Autocad floor or site plan.

For example: If there are CCTV cameras near a tag’s location, when a tag is in alert condition, business rules can instruct the system to automatically stream video from CCTV cameras at each location a tag moves to. This is especially useful in a panic alert or elopement risk situation, allowing police and security to maintain eyes on the location as they dispatch officers on-scene to avert a life-safety incident.

AutoCAD Displayer

SecurTRAK displays RFID tag locations on Autocad (vector) maps.  This is important when one must verify a tag’s physical location in real-time.  Vector maps make it possible to view large floor and site plans in perfect detail whether zoomed out to see a mile-wide campus or zoomed in close enough to identify a room number.  Our Displayer can operate as a network client and/or operate on a cloud-hosted web browser.
